What you will do
- Design and optimize Windows image provisioning and lifecycle management leveraging Autopilot and Autopilot 2.0.
- Lead enterprise hardware certification and driver/firmware integration for global device platforms.
- Design and implement automation jobs using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and integrations with platforms like ServiceNow and Nexthink FLOW.
- Manage Windows OS updates, feature upgrades, and compliance policies across global environments using Intune and MECM.
- Enhance endpoint security through Intune compliance policies, Active Directory Group Policy, and advanced scripting.
- Collaborate with cross:functional teams to align endpoint solutions with business and security requirements.
- Drive DEX improvements through analytics and proactive remediation using tools like Nexthink.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing across teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to operational and security standards.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree engineer in computer or MCA in computer applications
- 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows client infrastructure and enterprise endpoint management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Windows Autopilot (including Autopilot 2.0), and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong understanding of Azure services, automation frameworks, and ServiceNow integration.
- Expertise in Intune Configuration Profile, Proactive Remediation and Platform Scripts for compliance enforcement, and GPO management.
- Experience with application packaging and deployment in large:scale environments.
- Familiarity with DEX tools such as Nexthink.
- Solid knowledge of browser management (Edge, Chrome) in enterprise environments.
