The goal is to ensure that every product leaving the facility meets both customer specifications and regulatory standards. Key Duties: Create and oversee Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, FMEA, and Control Plans as part of quality planning. Process Control: Use Statistical Process Control SPC methods such as Capability Analysis and Control Charts to keep an eye on production stability. Metrology & Inspection: To guarantee measurement system accuracy, supervise the calibration of measuring devices and carry out gauge R&R research. Root Cause Analysis: Use tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone Diagrams to conduct investigations into consumer complaints and internal non-conformities. Audit & Compliance: To make sure that standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 are being followed, conduct internal audits. Supplier Quality: To guarantee high-quality raw material input, assess supplier performance and oversee Supplier Corrective Action Reports SCAR.
