Job Title: Growth Officer - International MarketsDepartment: Founder s OfficeReports To: Founder & Managing DirectorLocation: MumbaiEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 3 years The Growth Officer - International Markets will serve as a strategic business leader working directly with the founder s office to drive accelerated growth across all business verticals. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Delivery functions to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Growth Planning (30%)- - Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company vision- Identify new market opportunities and business verticals for expansion- Create and monitor KPIs for sales, marketing, and delivery performance- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions- Collaborate with founders on long-term business planning and goal setting- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all business functionsSales Leadership & Revenue Growth (35%)- Lead sales strategy development and execution across all product lines- Manage and optimize the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate high-value enterprise deals- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders- Establish channel partnerships and strategic alliances- Implement sales methodologies and processes to improve conversion rates- Manage sales team performance and provide strategic guidance- Target: Achieve 40% year-over-year revenue growthMarketing & Brand Development (20%)- Develop integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels- Lead brand positioning and messaging for all product offerings- Oversee content marketing, thought leadership, and industry presence- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization- Drive demand generation and lead qualification processes- Establish AXS as a thought leader in AI, fintech, and customer experience domains- Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade showsDelivery Excellence & Customer Success (15%)- Ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction across all engagements- Implement standardized delivery methodologies and best practices- Monitor project profitability and resource utilization- Drive customer retention and expansion strategies- Establish customer success metrics and feedback loops- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution quality and innovationRequired QualificationsEducation & Experience- Education: MBA from reputed institution (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or equivalent- Experience: 4 years in growth roles within technology/consulting companies- Industry: Prior experience in B2B technology, fintech, or professional services- Leadership: Minimum 3 years managing cross-functional teamsCore Competencies- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies- Sales Excellence: Track record of achieving 30% growth targets consistently- Marketing Expertise: Experience with B2B marketing, digital marketing, and brand building- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and business intelligence capabilities- Leadership: Experience leading teams of 10 members across multiple functions- Communication: Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skillsTechnical Knowledge- Understanding of AI/ML, fintech, and digital transformation landscapes- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools- Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and complex solution selling- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)Preferred QualificationsIndustry Experience- Previous experience in AI/ML, fintech, or customer experience domains- Background in consulting or professional services- Experience with government and large enterprise sales- International business development experienceAchievements- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses- Experience in new market entry and product launches- Track record of building high-performing teams from scratch- Recognition in industry forums or publications (ref:updazz.com)
