- Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)- Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (On-site)- Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers can apply)- Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 per month Incentives- Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, counsel clients, and close sales. The role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and want fast growth in sales.Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries- Explain company products/services to potential clients- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales- Maintain customer data and follow-up records- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales supportEligibility Criteria- Graduate / Undergraduate (Regular degree preferred)- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome- Experience in sales, telesales, or BDE is an advantage- Comfortable with calling and client interactionSkills Required- Good communication and convincing skills- Negotiation and persuasion abilities- Target-oriented mindset- Basic computer and CRM knowledgeBenefits- Fixed salary attractive incentives- Training & mentoring support- Career growth opportunities- Performance-based promotions- Positive and fast-growing work environment (ref:updazz.com)
