Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role demands excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the real estate market.Key Responsibilities :- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits- Identify potential clients and understand their property needs- Provide clients with property options that match their requirements- Conduct site visits and property showings- Negotiate deals and close property transactions- Maintain strong relationships with clients before and after the sale- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentationRequirements:- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field (preferred)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and closing abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Customer-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with local property laws and real estate regulations- Fluency in English and local languages- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visitsJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: [Your Location]Salary: [Basic Incentives / Commission-based as applicable]Let me know if you d like this tailored for field work, luxury properties, or a junior/senior-level role.
