Executive - Sales - EV (2-7 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

This is for a Startup in Gurgaon- EV resaleResponsible for driving sales of pre-owned L5 cargo and passenger EVs acrossDelhi, Haryana, and UP. The role focuses on both B2B (dealers, transporters) andB2C (individual customers) sales.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of used L5 cargo/passenger EVs through dealer and direct channels.- Identify and engage with used vehicle dealers, transporters, fleet owners, and individuals.- Conduct local activations, dealer visits, and on-ground promotions to drive sales.- Maintain lead funnel and achieve monthly sales targets.Ideal Profile:- 2-5 years of experience in commercial vehicle, used vehicle,EV sales.- Strong local market knowledge and dealer connect in the region we are hiring in - Comfortable with frequent travel and independent field operations.Region:- Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad - 1 position- Western UP ( Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur, Bulandshahr, Hapur, Aligarh, Agra, Mathura ) Eastern UP ( Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj (Allahabad), Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Faizabad / Ayodhya Co. Preferred- VidyutTech, Tourno, Revfin, Vedika Credit, Ecofy,Berar Finance, AMU Leasing, IDFC Used 2W loans division/ Bike Bazaar Used 2W loans divisionDealer Acquisition Executive - Used Vehicle Dealer Network - 1 PositionRole Overview:Responsible for expanding our used EV dealer base by identifying, onboarding, and activating new dealers into our platform ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Map markets and identify used EV and ICE dealers across target cities.- Pitch and onboard dealers, complete registration & KYC.- Drive dealer acquisition targets and hand over activated accounts to relationship team.- Maintain MIS of onboarding and funnel progress.Ideal Profile:- 2-4 years of experience in dealer acquisition, channel development, or mobility sales.- Experience in automotive, EV, fintech, or used vehicle segment preferred.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
