Role OverviewWe are seeking refined, performance-driven professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager - Luxury Sales. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals who understand the nuances of high-value real estate transactions, elite clientele engagement, and relationship-driven sales.Key Responsibilities- Drive sales for premium and luxury residential projects- Develop bespoke sales strategies aligned with high-net-worth customer expectations- Build and manage long-term relationships with HNI / UHNI clientele- Deliver curated site visits and personalized customer experiences- Generate quality leads through strategic networking, referrals, and channel partnerships- Monitor sales performance, closures, and revenue milestones- Analyze luxury market trends, competition, and buyer behaviour- Negotiate high-ticket deals while ensuring superior customer satisfaction and brand representationEligibility & Qualifications- Strong understanding of luxury real estate sales and premium market dynamics- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills- Proven track record of closing high-value transactions- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and revenue growth- Ability to anticipate market trends and translate them into sales strategies- Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury or premium real estate sales What We Look For- Polished personality with a strong customer-first mindset- Passion for luxury lifestyles and premium living- Ability to represent a world-class brand with confidence and credibility- Interested candidates may share their resume (ref:updazz.com)
