What you 'll build
Focus: Impact, outcomes, and meaningful work. As a Expert Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and executing the product direction for our AI:driven solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross:functional teams including AI Engineering, Design, Data Science, Product Lines, and Business Technology Platform to deliver solutions that continue to excite our customers (and industry analysts).
Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and product specifications.
:
Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technologies and trends, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and external stakeholders.
:
Evaluate and compare pre:built models and LLMs from other vendors to decide whether to integrate third:party solutions or build in:house models.
:
Drive the development of AI models and algorithms, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure high:quality and scalable solutions.
:
Lead the end:to:end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond for AI use:cases.
:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and align product roadmap with business objectives.
:
Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
:
Continuously monitor customer feedback and market dynamics to iterate on product features and enhance user experience.
What you bring
Technical Expertise:
:
Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, deep learning, and related fields.
:
Experience in building, fine:tuning, and deploying AI models and algorithms.
:
Proficiency in evaluating third:party AI solutions and making informed build vs. buy decisions.
:
Familiarity with concepts and tools commonly used in AI development are a bonus (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Product Management Skills:
:
Proven experience in product management with a strong emphasis on AI:first products.
:
Ability to lead the end:to:end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Strong focus on customer value and prioritizing the voice of the customer.

Excellent analytical and problem:solving skills, with a data:driven approach to decision:making.
:
Experience working with agile development methodologies and tools.
Collaboration and Communication:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross:functional teams.

Ability to work autonomously as a scrum PM with engineering and data science teammates across different regions.
