Executive - Sales - Loan (4-4 Yrs) UP/Lucknow (BFSI Sales)

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our finance team. The primary responsibility will be to source loan/finance files directly from the market, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure smooth coordination between the company and the customers.Key Responsibilities:- Actively identify and approach potential customers in the market for personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, etc.- Collect and verify all necessary documents for loan processing.- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calls.- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.- Achieve monthly file sourcing and sales targets.- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing of applications.- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for loan status and future requirements.- Submit daily/weekly reports to the team leader or branch manager.Required Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Good understanding of loan products and documentation.- Ability to work independently and in the field.- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.Qualification:- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.- Experience in financial sales or file sourcing is a plus.- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
