Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities& 1. To communicate departments like sales, QA, QC, Production.2. To update and report to the director for the daily development.3. Delegate daily assignments to the team, including admin, logistics, purchasing, sales, QA, and QC.4. Discuss challenges and problems with management and collaborate on finding solutions.5. Manage appointments and provide other assistance to the director/management.6. Take follow up from Different departments like sales, QA, QC, Production.7. Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.9. Attention to detail and analytical skills for problem-solving and root cause analysis.10. Experience with quality improvement initiatives and driving continuous improvement.
Eligibility1. Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi2. Expertise in drafting and sending mails& 3. Understanding of crossfuctional works, planning and execution&
