The role demands strong communication, persuasion, structured follow-ups, and performance discipline in a target-driven environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Engage with potential students and parents through outbound and inbound calls- Counsel prospects on courses, learning pathways, and outcomes- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments- Achieve weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and CRM/lead tracking- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs- Deliver a professional and ethical sales experience aligned with Vedantu values. -CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILLS- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong proficiency in English; Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Marathi preferred- Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion and objection-handling skills- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated- Comfortable working in high-volume inside sales environments- Laptop with functional audio/video and stable internet connection.Language Opening- Tamil 48- Telugu 12- Kanada 4 -Marathi 4- Hindi 70INTERVIEW PROCESS - Interview process includes multiple rounds such as Sales Assessment and HR discussion.
