Job Description:
EduHome Connect is hiring a target-driven Business Development Executive to manage student enquiries, outbound calling, and course conversions. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-volume, target-based sales calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100 outbound calls per day to assigned leadsExplain EduHome Connect courses and benefits to studentsConvert enquiries into successful enrollmentsAchieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targetsFollow up with interested leads and update call statusMaintain lead data and coordinate with the sales teamEligibility / Requirements:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience in education sales / telecalling preferredFreshers with good communication skills can applyStrong target-oriented mindset is mandatoryAbility to communicate in multiple languages
Languages Required:
Tamil (Mandatory)Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada / Hindi (Any one or more is an advantage)
Skills Required:Sales & convincing skillsConfidence over phone callsResult-oriented attitudeBasic CRM knowledge (preferred)
