Relationship Manager (RM)Our Client: The client is a technology-enabled financial services firm operating in the wealth and investment advisory space. The organisation focuses on research-led advisory solutions for affluent clients, offering a diversified range of investment products while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.Title: Relationship Manager (RM)Location: GurgaonEducation: GraduateExperience: 3 - 8 years in Wealth ManagementAbout the Role: The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing affluent client portfolios, acquiring new clients, and delivering high-quality investment advice. The role works closely with Advisors/Investment Analysts to ensure effective advisory execution, strong client outcomes, and consistent engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Management:- Manage and grow affluent client portfolios- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance discussions- Build long-term, trusted client relationships2. Client Acquisition & Business Development:- Acquire new clients through referrals, professional networks, and relationship-building- Develop and maintain a strong personal and professional network- Contribute to overall business growth and revenue targets3. Advisory Execution:- Work closely with Advisors / Investment Analysts to design and deliver investment solutions- Ensure accurate documentation of investment advice and recommendations- Adhere to internal processes and regulatory guidelines4. CRM & Platform Usage:- Maintain sales funnels, client records, and activity updates in the CRM- Effectively use digital platforms and AI-enabled RM tools (RM Co-Pilot) to enhance productivity and client engagementRequirement:- 3-8 years of experience in affluent / HNI wealth management- Strong client acquisition and relationship-building ability- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Client-centric mindset with a good understanding of investment advisory products (ref:updazz.com)
