Customer Support Executive Outbound Sales
Job Overview We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle outbound calls, engage with existing and interested clients, and set appointments for the sales team. This role focuses on relationship-building and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing leads and interested clients
  
• Explain services/products clearly and professionally
  
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth communication
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
  
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic queries
  

Requirements & Skills

• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  
• Confident phone etiquette and customer-handling skills
  
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM or calling software experience preferred)
  
• Ability to follow processes and meet daily targets
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  

Job Details

• No Cold Calling Required
  
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM
  
• Work Mode: Work from Office
  
• Location: Singasandra, Bengaluru (Near Electronic City)
  
• Week Off: Sunday ( All other leaves are LOP ) No Paid Leaves
