Business Development Executive

About the Role We are looking for energetic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in sales and business development . This role is ideal for candidates who are good at communication, willing to learn, and ready to grow with the company. Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and site visits
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers
• Generate and follow up on sales leads provided by the company
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-up details
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and project execution
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate / diploma (Freshers welcome)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
• Confidence, positive attitude, and customer-friendly approach
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence (preferred for field sales)
