Field Marketing Executive

Field Sales Representative: We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote our TOWNWAY marketplace application by onboarding retailers, shop owners, and sellers. The representative will visit businesses in the field, explain the app s benefits, help sellers register, and guide them on listing their products/services on the platform. Key Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, shop owners, and sellers to introduce the TOWNWAY marketplace app
• Explain app features, seller benefits, commission structure, and order process
• Onboard sellers by assisting with app installation, registration, and KYC (if required)
• Help sellers upload products, pricing, images, and business details
• Educate sellers on order management, payments, and delivery workflow
• Build long-term relationships with sellers and provide ongoing support
• Achieve seller onboarding and activation targets
• Collect feedback from sellers and share market insights with the team
• Maintain daily field visit and onboarding reports

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; bachelor s degree is a plus
• Experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or marketplace platforms preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable interacting with business owners and decision-makers
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
• Ability to meet targets and work independently
