Position: Business Development Executive-International MarketJob Type: Work from OfficeExperience: 1-3 years.Office Location: Greater Noida west, Golden I (Tech Zone 4)Working Days : 6 days (1st, 3rd Sat. & All Sun will be Off)Office Timing:Monday to Friday : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Drop facility)Saturday (2nd, 4th and 5th) : 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO drop facility)Position Overview:The Business Development Executives plays a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our company s presence in the B2B EdTech markets of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.With a focus on strategic planning, relationship building, and revenue generation, the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development within the specified regions.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for B2B Sales.- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company s presence in international markets.- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients needs.- Present, negotiate, and close deals that drive revenue and contribute to company growth.- Work night shifts (specified hours) from our office location, coordinating with international clients across different time zones.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis, consistently driving revenue growth.- Possess strong and proven expertise of the International market preferably US/UK/Canada.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.- Proven track record of working for US, Canadian, and UK markets.- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation techniques, and relationship management strategies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market dynamics and develop actionable plans.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).Who We re Looking For:Passionate Networker: You thrive on building connections and know how to turn them into valuable partnerships.Strategic Thinker: Your ability to spot trends, analyze data, and develop strategic plans sets you apart.Excellent Communicator: Your exceptional communication skills enable you to engage with clients and present complex ideas clearly.Global Mindset: Cultural sensitivity and understanding international business dynamics are second nature to you.Application Process: Ready to drive your career to new heights?
