Database upkeep: To preserve "Data Hygiene," update current records with fresh data and eliminate out-of-date or redundant entries. Report Generation: Using MS Excel or internal tools, gather and organize data to create standard reports for different departments. Digital archiving: To facilitate quick retrieval, scan paper records and arrange digital information in a methodical organizational structure. Issue Reporting: To avoid data loss or downtime, find technical issues in the database and notify the IT staff.
