Keep an inventory of essential consumables and spares to guarantee availability and minimize inventory expenses. Work with outside service providers to arrange equipment installs, AMC, and specialist repairs. Manage the upkeep of the plant's utilities, such as the air compressors, boilers, chillers, DG sets, and electrical substations.
