Blueprint Reading: To comprehend the assembly process and necessary tolerances, interpret technical sketches and mechanical blueprints. Precision Measurement: Verify the precision of components down to the millimeter using measuring tools such as height gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers. Assembly: Put motors, shafts, gears, and pulleys together and align them; make sure all moving parts are properly lubricated and fastened. Maintenance and Repair: Replace worn-out bearings, seals, or gaskets by disassembling malfunctioning equipment and performing preventative maintenance on industrial gear. Marking and Scribing: Before cutting or drilling, mark workpieces according to the given layout using dividers, a scriber, and a punch. Fastening & Joining: To secure components, use a variety of fastening methods, such as bolting, riveting, and simple welding/brazing.
