Needs Analysis: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, required skills, and experience. Sourcing & Attraction: Write compelling job descriptions and post them; use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking to find talent. Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist the best-fit candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and the hiring team, handling logistics. Candidate Management: Maintain communication, manage candidate records in the ATS, and provide a positive experience. Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate offer negotiations (salary, benefits) and support the new hire's transition into the company. Reporting & Compliance: Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and ensure all practices comply with labor laws.
