Job Description

We 're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Coty India team. This is a newly added role that will be responsible not only for the commercial success of the business unit under his/her care, but also the acceleration of Coty 's ambitions through impactful marketing strategy and impeccable execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:

Brand Marketing, ATL, PR

Develop short to long:term brand and launch plans in conjunction with Key Accounts and Retail Operations, aimed at driving sell:out, sales productivity, brand/product rankings and market share
:
Make strategic decisions around big bets and key priorities, with a view to do "fewer, but bigger and better ", showcasing Singapore as the market with best:in:class practices/executions/successes
:
Partner Media and PR agencies to develop cohesive Media and PR strategies to build brand desirability and exclusive tribes, to support brand development and major launches
:
Track and improve Marketing KPIs and ROIs
:
Trade Marketing, BTL

Plan and execute BTL promotions across Department Stores, Sephora, Perfumery and Ecommerce channels for omni:excellence

Develop exclusive offerings and promotions tailored to various customers/channels and end:consumers

Plan and execute animations and podiums in conjunction with Key Accounts, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations
:
Co:own brand:, category: and BA:productivity with Retail Operations and Key Accounts
:
Support Key Accounts and Retail Operations with month:to:month sales planning activations aimed at stretching results, and/or mitigating risks
:
A and CP Budgeting, P and L Management

Plan, own and manage A and CP budget to ensure profitability
:
Co:own brand P and Ls, including actively managing sell:out to sell:in, gross:to:net and product contribution

Market Planning and Forecasting

Monitor closely/adjust the forecast for both new marketing initiatives and baseline categories/franchises, according to business needs

Work with stakeholders to realize commercial ambitions; to re:phase forecasts when required, and track performances of key pillars

Manage inventory and make plans as required for discontinuations and Excess and Obsolescence (E and O) reduction
:
Reporting and Others

Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting as per brand and APAC requirements, managing ad:hoc reporting requests when required
:
Providing valuable insights to local, regional and global teams on brand and competitor performance, using them to enhance our own brand performance and results

REQUIREMENTS
A dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong attention to detail, the ideal candidate will bring along the following:

Minimally 5 years of 360 brand management experience in Luxury Beauty, particularly in Fragrances, within the Singapore domestic market
:
Significant relevant experience with the Department Store and Sephora channels, with a strong understanding of the retail drumbeat and landscape in Singapore. Channel experience in Free Standing Stores is a bonus.

Experience in multi:brand portfolio management is preferred
:
A proven track record in brand:building and expansion; a strategic thinker who does not gloss over details
:
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure
:
Highly detailed with strong organizational and analytical skills; attuned with performance marketing
:
A team player, ability to develop effective working relationships both internally and externally and excel in a multi:cultural environment
