Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive franchise acquisition and expand Kannu Ki Chai s market reach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating sales leads, increasing revenue, and supporting franchise growth strategies. Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Growth & Acquisition- Identify, engage, and convert potential franchise partners to expand the Kannu Ki Chai network.- Schedule and conduct presentations to explain business models, benefits, and ROI to prospective franchisees.- Facilitate onboarding and hand-holding for new franchise partners during initial setup.2. Sales & Revenue Generation- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital outreach.- Present sales offers, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with company goals.3. Market Research & Strategy- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activity, and potential areas of expansion.- Provide insights and recommendations to the management for optimizing sales strategies.4. Client & Franchise Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and franchise partners.- Resolve queries, provide support, and ensure high franchisee satisfaction.- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing partners to improve retention and sales conversion.5. Reporting & Documentation- Maintain accurate records of lead generation, sales activities, and client interactions.- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.6. Representation & Branding- Represent Kannu Ki Chai at events, exhibitions, and meetings to generate visibility and interest. Qualifications & SkillsEducation- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.Experience- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise acquisition. Franchise experience is a plus.Core Skills- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.- Strong networking & relationship-building abilities.- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams.- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and field work.- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Number of new franchise leads identified- Franchise onboarding conversion rate- Monthly/Quarterly sales revenue achieved- Growth in territory coverage- Client & partner satisfaction levels- Work Environment & Benefits- Competitive salary performance incentives- Travel allowance- Growth opportunities within Kannu Ki Chai (ref:updazz.com)
