The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.Job Responsibilities:Sales Growth & Revenue Achievement- Achieve annual sales targets and ensure consistent quarter-on-quarter revenue growth.- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.Client Acquisition & Onboarding- Identify, pursue, and onboard new clients in target markets and segments.- Build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and opportunity tracking.Client Relationship Management- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure 90% client retention.- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and address their business needs.Market Expansion & New Opportunities- Identify and establish business opportunities in new geographies and industry verticals.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.Strategic Partnerships & Alliances- Build and manage alliances with distributors, vendors, and industry stakeholders.- Leverage partnerships to enhance market reach and revenue potential.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to convert leads into successful deals.- Ensure seamless coordination from proposal to deal closure.Reporting & Market Analysis- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports, sales pipeline updates, and performance reviews.- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for strategic planning.Key Requirements:Education: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.Experience:- 5-7 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the relevant industry.Skills & Competencies:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong analytical and market research abilities.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.- Leadership and team management capability.
