Job Description
Title: LinkedIn Outreach SpecialistFull-Time WFO Role, New Delhi-110034We re looking for a proactive LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to own and execute outbound outreach campaigns for Groto s growth team. This role will focus on identifying high-quality prospects, engaging them with personalized messaging, and generating qualified leads for our UI/UX design services. You will work closely with the Growth & Marketing lead to build, refine, and scale our LinkedIn outbound engine across ICPs (SaaS founders, AI companies, product heads, marketing leads, etc.). This is a high-ownership role with clear goals, strong processes, and measurable impact.Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Outreach & Prospecting- Run daily outbound outreach campaigns from founder/brand profiles.- Send connection requests, follow-ups, and personalized DMs.- Engage with prospects through comments, replies, and profile touchpoints.- Maintain consistency in outreach volume & quality (daily/weekly targets).2. ICP Lead Research- Identify prospects that fit our ICPs using LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, Crunchbase, and other tools.- Segment prospects by company size, funding stage, tech stack, product category, and role.- Maintain clean, structured lists for outbound campaigns.3. Messaging Personalization- Write short, crisp, high-quality outreach messages.- Personalize messages based on role, industry, pain points, product maturity, or recent activity.- A/B test messaging styles and use insights to improve conversion rates.4. Tools & Automation- Operate tools such as Apollo, Expandi, Salesflow, or similar.- Set up sequences, follow-up rules, and conditional flows.- Ensure accounts stay within safe limits and maintain account health.5. Lead Management & Reporting- Track conversations, responses, and warm leads in CRM (Apollo/Pipedrive).- Monitor KPIs: connection rate, acceptance rate, reply rate, booked calls.- Provide weekly insight reports on campaign performance.KPIs / Success Metrics- Daily connection requests sent- Acceptance rate (target: 25-45% )- Positive reply rate (target: 8-15% )- Warm leads generated per week- Booked meetings per month- Quality of targeting & messaging feedbackRequirements:Must-Have:- 1.5-3 years experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outbound SDR, or outreach roles.- Strong written English ability to write natural, non-generic outreach messages.- Understanding of SaaS, startups, product teams, founder pain points.- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or outbound tools.- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and weekly reporting.- High ownership - ability to run campaigns independently.Nice-to-Have- Experience working for an agency (marketing, design, dev).- Basic understanding of UI/UX, product design workflows, or SaaS products.- Experience with multi-channel sequences (LinkedIn email).- Ability to create short Loom videos or simple pitches.
