The role involves acquiring new NRI clients, managing existing portfolios, offering customized banking and investment solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities- Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with NRI customers across designated geographies.- Handle NRI banking products including NRE/NRO accounts, FCNR deposits, remittances, forex, investments, and loan products.- Provide personalized financial advisory services aligned with client goals and risk profiles.- Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and KYC compliance for NRI clients.- Drive CASA, deposits, investment, and cross-sell targets as per business objectives.- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, compliance, treasury, and investment advisory for smooth service delivery.- Stay updated on FEMA, RBI guidelines, and international banking regulations relevant to NRI banking.- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.- Build long-term relationships through regular engagement, reviews, and proactive service.Desired Candidate Profile- Minimum 3 years of experience in NRI banking, relationship management, or wealth management.- Strong knowledge of NRI products, FEMA regulations, and cross-border banking norms.- Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently and manage high-value client portfolios.- Willingness to travel locally and interact with NRI clients and families.Educational Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / CA / CFA / equivalent qualification preferred).Key Skills- NRI Banking & Relationship Management- CASA & Deposit Mobilization- Investment & Wealth Advisory- FEMA & RBI Compliance- Client Acquisition & Retention- Communication & Stakeholder Management (ref:updazz.com)
