Job Description
Team Lead / Center Head Job Title: Team Lead/ Center Head - Relationship ManagersDepartment: Sales & Wealth Management (Retail and/or Corporate)Location: As per business requirementReports To: Business Head / Zonal/Cluster HeadRole PurposeTo lead and develop a team of Relationship Managers (Retail and/or Corporate) to achieve business growth, deliver best- in- class client experience, and support Trinity Finvest s Vision 2030 of becoming a global wealth management and professional risk advisory firm.Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Management- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of RMs; set clear goals, review performance, and drive a high-performance culture. Conduct regular joint calls, reviews, and skill-building sessions.2. Financial Communication & Business Planning- Translate organization strategy into clear sales plans and communication for the team.- Support RMs in complex client meetings, pitches, and financial planning discussions.3. Sales & Cross-Selling Performance- Own team-level Profitability , Annual target ,AUM, revenue, product-mix, and new client acquisition targets across investments, protection, loans, and demat/trading.- Track funnel metrics and conversion ratios; implement corrective actions.4. Product & Market Knowledge Application- Ensure team proficiency across all Trinity Finvest offerings: investments, demat & trading, insurance, loans, retirement and succession planning.- Liaise with Product/Research to cascade updates, opportunities, and campaigns.5. Client Relationship Management & Escalation Handling- Oversee key/strategic relationships and handle escalations to ensure superior client experience.- Support RMs in portfolio reviews and solution structuring for important clients.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and HR to enable smooth execution and service delivery.- Provide input for process improvement and policy refinement.7. Data-Driven Insight Generation & MIS- Use MIS and analytics to monitor team performance, client segmentation, product gaps, and risk indicators.- Present periodic performance reports and business insights to senior management.8. Time & Priority Management- Plan team territory coverage, allocation of segments (Retail/Corporate/NRI/Privileges), and prioritization of key accounts. Ensure disciplined activity management and pipeline tracking.9. Networking & Relationship Expansion- Build external networks and alliances to support team sourcing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.- Promote FINSEED and Trinity brand activities in schools, colleges, and corporates, leveraging them for business visibility and client engagement.10. Compliance, Governance & Culture- Drive adherence to regulatory and internal compliance norms by all team members.- Embed Trinity s values of Trust, Transparency, and Ethics in daily team behavior and client engagement.Qualifications & Experience- MBA/Graduate with strong finance or sales background.- NISM certification (Investment Adviser / relevant series) mandatory or to be obtained within defined period.- 6-12 years of experience in wealth management/financial advisory, with minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory/lead role.Key Competencies- Leadership & coaching ability- Strong business acumen & planning- Advanced communication & influencing skills- Analytical, data-driven decision-making- High integrity and role-model behaviou (ref:updazz.com)
