Our extensive network and commitment to service excellence have established us as a key player in the regional FMCG distribution landscape.Role Overview:As a Field Sales Officer at Sandesh Distributor Pvt Ltd, based in Surat, you will be the face of our company, directly interacting with retailers to drive sales and build strong relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding our distribution network, and ensuring optimal product visibility in assigned territories. This role involves working closely with the sales team and reporting to the Area Sales Manager, contributing directly to the company s revenue growth and market share.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our range of FMCG products to retail outlets within the assigned territory.- Expand the distribution network by identifying and onboarding new retailers, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service.- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets through effective merchandising and stock management.- Collect market feedback and competitor information, providing valuable insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making.- Execute sales promotion activities and campaigns to drive product sales and increase brand awareness.- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within the assigned territory.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive FMCG environment.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.Adaptability to work independently in a field sales environment.Bachelor s degree in any discipline is preferred.
