The role involves regular field travel, meeting doctors and healthcare administrators, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how RecordRx can add value to their practice.Key Responsibilities- Visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers to meet doctors and decision-makers- Present and explain Incerebrum s flagship product, RecordRx, and its benefits- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital staff- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads in assigned territories- Conduct product demos and address customer queries effectively- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth- Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and follow-upsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluency in Kannada (as required); working knowledge of English preferred- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions- Strong presentation and negotiation skills- Ability to understand healthcare workflows and explain technology solutions clearlyEducational Qualifications- BBM / MBA graduates (Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management preferred)Preferred Experience- Prior experience in field sales, healthcare sales, pharma sales, or medical devices is an advantage- Experience interacting with doctors or healthcare institutions is a plusWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work with an innovative healthcare technology product- Exposure to the healthcare ecosystem and decision-makers- Performance-based growth and learning opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
