Over the years, we have trained 30,000 students globally across Canada, USA, Europe, India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.Our programs also prepare learners for international language proficiency tests such as TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF, DELE, GOETHE, IELTS, CELPIP, JLPT, and TOPIK.At Fluent Fast Academy, we don t just teach languages - we help individuals communicate, connect, and succeed on a global scale.Roles and Responsibilities:- Handle incoming inquiries from students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.- Provide detailed counselling about various foreign language courses, batches, and learning outcomes.- Convert potential leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.- Maintain and update student data and lead status in the CRM system.- Schedule demo sessions and coordinate between students and trainers.- Assist students in choosing the right language courses based on their career or study abroad goals.- Manage daily follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and timely closures.- Prepare and share professional admission-related emails with prospective students.- Ensure excellent pre-admission and post-admission support to enhance the student experience.- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize lead generation and promotional activities.- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as defined by management.- Contribute ideas for process improvement and better student engagement.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C Sales, Counselling, or Education Admissions.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.- Experience in client relationship management.- Proficiency in CRM tools and email communication.- Ability to draft and send professional emails clearly and effectively.- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team (ref:updazz.com)
