Job Title: Sales CoordinatorDepartment: SalesReporting to: Business Development ManagerJob Summary:The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing sales-related administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal departments, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the sales process. The role is critical in ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and efficient execution of sales activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Coordinate with the sales team to support day-to-day sales operations2. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts3. Maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and sales records4. Follow up with clients on proposals, payments, and confirmations5. Schedule meetings, site visits, and client appointments for the sales team6. Act as a point of contact between clients, sales executives, and internal teams7. Track sales inquiries, leads, and conversions8. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and MIS9.
