Today, it is India s largest loan distribution network with a rich legacy that sprawls across 1500 cities, 500 branches, 5000 employees, and an excellent distribution network of over 25,000 partners.The JobKey Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:Making calls to generate leads, explain loan products, and guide customers through the application process.Inbound Handling:Addressing customer inquiries related to loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and other related details.Lead Qualification:Identifying potential customers and assessing their loan eligibility.Loan Application Support:Assisting customers in completing loan applications and providing necessary information.Follow-up:Following up with leads and potential customers to nurture them through the sales funnel.Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, loan applications, and payment details. Sales Targets:Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for loan approvals or other relevant metrics.Compliance:Ensuring adherence to banking regulations and internal policies during customer interactions.Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues, addressing complaints, and building rapport.Ideal CandidateSkills Required :Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.Sales Skills : Ability to persuade and influence customers to choose loan products.Customer Service Skills : Ability to handle customer queries effectively and resolve issues.Product Knowledge : Understanding of loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.Computer Skills : Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.Target Orientation : Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.Persuasion and Negotiation : Ability to persuade customers and negotiate repayment terms.Patience and Persistence : Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and persistence.
