Manager - Channel Sales - Construction Waterproofing (5-10 Yrs) Chennai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced channel manager for our construction waterproofing business. The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the company s sales channels to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and increase profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in plumbing and waterproofing, and will have a proven track record of developing and managing successful distribution channels.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, recruit, and manage distribution partners, dealers, and super stockists across the region.- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share.- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including large construction companies, developers, and government organizations.- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns and marketing materials.- Manage product pricing, margins, and channel inventory levels to ensure profitability.- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.- Work closely with internal teams to provide technical and product support to customers.- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with distribution partners, dealers, and super stockists.- Train and support sales teams of distribution partners, dealers, and super stockists.Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering and/or business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management or sales management, preferably in the construction industry.- Strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly in plumbing and waterproofing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to build and manage successful distribution channels.- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.- If you are a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and construction waterproofing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
