Manager - Event Management - Education (2-7 Yrs) Mumbai (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

What You ll Do:- Identify, target, and acquire new schools, science centres, corporates, and learning hubs for STEMworkshops and events.- Lead high-impact pitches, demos, and presentations to principals, education leaders, and CSR teams.- Plan, organize, and execute STEM-focused events including Principal Meets, School Workshops, Expos, and Community Engagements.- Represent Blix at B2B and B2C exhibitions, education fairs, and science center collaborations to enhance brand presence and generate leads.- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations (online and offline) for school management, educators, and decision-makers.- Lead STEM Birthday Parties and society workshops, ensuring high engagement, learning value, and participant satisfaction.- Build strong relationships with schools, institutions, and event partners to drive participation and conversions.- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and reporting, to ensure smooth execution.- Align event activities with Blix s marketing and sales goals to maximize visibility, reach, and ROI.Who You Are:- Someone with 4 - 6 years of experience in STEM event management, STEM workshop execution, or experiential marketing.- Someone with relevant experience will be preferred.- Can join immediately.- Holds a qualification in Event Management, Marketing, Education, or related disciplines.- Has excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Own a personal vehicle and are comfortable traveling for events and workshops across India.Why Join Blix:- Be part of a pioneering brand in the STEM education space.- Work on diverse, high-energy events that blend education, creativity, and innovation.- Join a dynamic, performance-driven team with ample room for growth.- Enjoy a competitive compensation package and professional advancement opportunities.
