Control Systems Support: Help troubleshoot distributed control systems and programmable logic controllers by locating malfunctioning field devices or I/O modules. Valve and Actuator Maintenance: Pneumatic actuators and clever positioners are set up, and control valves are overhauled and calibrated. Preventive Maintenance: To reduce unplanned downtime and process variations, carry out planned PM procedures on both electrical and instrument loops. Safety and Compliance: When working in explosive or flammable areas, strict adherence to LOTO protocols and hazardous area classifications is required. Documentation: Keep precise records of loop inspections, maintenance logs, and calibration certifications in the site's CMMS.
