Role Summary:Responsible for managing and guiding the field sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead the field sales team- Plan and execute sales strategies in assigned territories- Monitor team performance and provide coaching- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Prepare sales reports and market feedbackRequirements:- Experience in field sales or sales team management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Target-driven and result-orientedEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience - Graduation Completion - Required all semester marksheets.
