Backed by decades of industry experience, we re combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge tech to build a global platform with trust and transparency at its core.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who is data-comfortable, optimization-focused, and eager to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth.You will be responsible for executing, analysing, and optimising paid campaigns, leveraging analytics and tracking tools to understand user behaviour and performance. The role also requires active use of AI-powered tools to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making.Key Responsibilities :Paid Advertising & Campaign Execution (Junior Level) :- Execute and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads under the guidance of senior team members.- Perform daily monitoring of campaigns and make optimizations related to budgets, bids, creatives, and audiences as per defined guidelines.- Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, formats, and audiences; track results and share performance learnings.- Ensure campaigns are launched correctly and aligned with predefined objectives such as leads, app installs, or sales.- Maintain campaign hygiene including naming conventions, creatives updates, and performance logs.Analytics, Tracking & reporting Support- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.- Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, and basic funnel drop-offs.
-Support senior marketers in maintaining tracking via Google Tag Manager, including verifying pixels, events, and conversion tags.- Identify tracking issues or data discrepancies and escalate them to senior team members for resolution.- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and observations.Social Media & Creative Coordination- Support optimization of ad creatives by analyzing engagement metrics such as reach, clicks, saves, and comments.- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure creatives meet platform specifications and timelines.- Implement creative updates and variations as suggested by the performance team.AI Tools & learning-Oriented Execution- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and similar platforms for:- Ad copy drafts- Keyword research assistance- Performance summaries- Competitor and trend research- Apply AI tools to improve execution speed and quality under defined workflows.- Continuously learn and stay updated on digital marketing and AI trends relevant to performance marketing.Collaboration & Growth :- Work closely with performance marketers, designers, and content teams to support campaign execution.- Participate in optimisation discussions and learning reviews to understand campaign performance and improvements.- Follow internal processes, documentation, and timelines with accuracy and accountability.- Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset and gradually take on more responsibility based on performance.Required Skills & Experience- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.- Ability to analyse data, extract insights, and execute optimisation actions.- Practical experience using AI tools for marketing research, ideation, and analysis.- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Proactive, analytical, fast-learning, and execution-focused mindset.Preferred Qualifications- Experience in an agency or performance-driven startup environment.- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution models.- Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with marketing funnels and retargeting strategies.- Strong interest in continuous learning and performance optimisation.What We Offer- Hands-on ownership of performance-driven campaigns with measurable impact.- Exposure to advanced analytics, tracking systems, and AI-powered marketing tools.- A collaborative, learning-focused, and growth-oriented work environment.- Career progression opportunities based on performance, ownership, and results.
