Job Description
Job Summary:The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales support through effective channel partner activation, relationship management, site visits, and market intelligence. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to share insights, prepare MIS reports, and execute targeted marketing initiatives to support residential project sales.Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner Activation & Management- Identify, onboard, activate, and manage channel partners (CPs/brokers) to drive sourcing.- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business flow.- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities with CPs.Site Visits & Market Intelligence- Conduct real estate site visits with channel partners and clients for residential projects.- Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences from site interactions.- Share site visit findings and market intelligence with internal stakeholders.Internal Collaboration & MIS Reporting- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to share sourcing insights and performance updates.- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to channel partner performance, site visits, leads, and conversions.- Track sourcing metrics and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.Marketing & Event Management- Organize and support marketing events, channel partner meets, site launch events, and promotional activities based on market inputs.- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns aligned with sourcing and sales objectives.Sales Support- Support the sales team in promoting residential projects by generating quality leads through channel partners.- Assist in closing opportunities by facilitating meetings, site visits, and partner coordination.- Ensure smooth handover of leads from sourcing to sales teams.Experience:- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or business development (residential segment)Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in channel partner activation and relationship management- Hands-on experience in conducting real estate site visits- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and communicate insights effectively- Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis- Experience in organizing marketing and promotional events- Strong understanding of residential real estate projects- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Result-oriented with strong follow-up and execution capabilitiesQualification:- BBA,BMS,MBA or any other graduation qualification (ref:updazz.com)
