Business Development Manager - Institutional & B2B SalesLocation: HyderabadExperience: 5-10 YearsFunction: Institutional Sales | B2B Sales | Group SalesRole PurposeTo drive revenue through schools, colleges, corporates, tour operators, and group organizers by acquiring and managing high-volume institutional and B2B group bookings.Key Responsibilities- Acquire and manage schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and training centers for student trips, excursions, and annual outings.- Generate bulk group bookings from corporates, factories, IT companies, employee associations, and residential communities.- Build partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and event companies for regular group business.- Conduct field sales across Hyderabad and Telangana to meet decision makers such as Principals, Admin Heads, HR Managers, and Travel Coordinators.- Present and sell group packages, safety, food, transport, and experience offerings.- Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely confirmations and payments.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of repeat institutional clients.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through group sales.Mandatory Requirements:- 5-10 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.- Proven experience selling to schools, colleges, corporates, or institutions.- Strong local network in Hyderabad & Telangana.- Ability to generate high-value bulk orders and long-term accounts.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
