The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the industrial automation and electrical sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the control panel market (MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, etc.).- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Technical Expertise :- Understand customer technical requirements and suggest appropriate control panel solutions.- Interpret electrical drawings, panel layouts, and single-line diagrams.- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.- Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.- Provide post-sale technical support, troubleshooting, and coordination.- Manage client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.- Market & Competitor Analysis:- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.- Suggest improvements or new products/services based on market demand.- Willingness to travel for onsite commissioning and support.- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Experience:- 0-4 years and above of relevant experience in in quality control or inspection of electrical panels.
