Cost of Quality (COQ) Management: Monitor and assess the financial effects of quality with an emphasis on lowering "Cost of Poor Quality" (COPQ), which includes warranty claims, rework, and scrap. Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the implementation of long-term corrective measures and handle customer quality problems, guaranteeing prompt replies through 8D reports. Continuous Improvement: To lower process variation and improve product reliability, implement Lean and Six Sigma techniques throughout the facility. Required Skills: Strategic Leadership: The capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and promote a "Quality-First" mentality throughout the whole organization. Statistical Mastery: Proficiency in Six Sigma tools, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Regulatory expertise: in-depth knowledge of environmental compliance and industry-specific requirements. Communication: Outstanding capacity to communicate complex, high-quality facts to external stakeholders and senior leadership.
