Qualifications
Experience :
:2:5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, or consulting roles
Qualification and Skills
:Bachelor 's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
:Strong analytical and problem:solving skills
:Comfortable working with financial data (Revenue, EBIT, KPIs)
:Good Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills
:High attention to detail and data accuracy
:Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
:Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
:Exposure to manufacturing, automation, or industrial businesses is a plus
Key Responsibilities

:Build and maintain performance dashboards (Revenue, EBIT, Orders, Cash, KPIs)
:Validate and reconcile financial and operational data from multiple sources
:Prepare management:ready charts, reports, and presentations
:Support analysis of business performance, market trends, and competitors
:Assist in creating periodic strategy updates and industry digests (automation, robotics, AI)
:Track progress of key strategic initiatives and maintain status reports
:Support bottom:up strategy planning process and timelines
:Use analytics and AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation
