Mission of Role
To lead the customer execution of Prestige strategy in key city of Bangalore. Be the face of Beam Suntory with our customers delivering outstanding customer service and business solutions for mutual growth.
Role Responsibilities

:Led initiatives in distribution management, sales development, pricing, and customer management in the "Key Prestige Accounts " for the city, by engaging with the top Luxury Hotels, bars, restaurants, night clubs and prestigious clubs defined as target by Commercial Marketing
:Achieve monthly targets (sell:in, sell:out and visibility) and distribution of mandated assortment at the point of sales
:Execute the 6Ps (Product Assortment, Price, Placement, Promotion, Point of Sales Materials and People (advocacy) strategies at the stores aligned with commercial marketing and the execution excellence guidelines.

:Ensure all agreed deliverables are executed with excellence.
:Ensure menu listing for all relevant must:have brands for the channel.
:Ensure stocks are prioritized for Prestige Accounts especially those on allocation or those in short supply
:Respond to the customer 's queries and complaints providing timely solutions
:Run the annual joint business proposal 's/Annual calendar closure with top National and Key Regional Customers
:Negotiate annual memorandum of understanding on Menu Listing/ Events/ Back Bar Displays. Track and correct the plans ensuring the achievement of joint goals.
:Work with the Commercial Marketing On:Premise team, to continue building the model for long:term partnership with our customers leveraging Beam Suntory 's Prestige Credentials: prestige brands, bespoke experiences/ serve strategy for these imagery accounts
:Keep a healthy inventory while focusing on store availability and sell:out activities
:Keep the POS information updated in real time on "sales force " software
:Securing and tracking the annual budget on monthly basis
:Liaise with the advocacy team to ensure barman training to build product knowledge and advocacy lead.
:Visit the customers following the service norm defined for the territory.
:Working along with Customer Mark
