- Make outbound and/or inbound calls to customers- Explain products or services clearly and confidently- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team- Follow up with interested customers and close sales when required- Maintain accurate call records and customer details- Handle customer queries and objections professionally- Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets- Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines (ref:updazz.com)
