The role involves driving new business acquisition, managing key accounts, building CXO-level relationships, and owning the complete sales lifecycle.This position requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of BFSI/Fintech ecosystems.Key Responsibilities:- Drive end-to-end business development and revenue growth across Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech clients- Identify, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships- Own the complete sales cycle - prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers- Collaborate with product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution implementation- Manage key accounts, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities- Develop go-to-market strategies and expansion plans- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support product enhancements Requirements- 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, BFSI Sales, or Fintech/SaaS product sales- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets- Strong network within Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Services industry- Experience selling technology products/platforms (AI/Automation/Cloud/Enterprise Software preferred)- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills- Consultative and solution-selling approach- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce or similar)- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders- Willingness to travel for client engagements Why Join Kadel Labs?- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative company.- A dynamic work environment where creativity and new ideas are encouraged.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Professional development opportunities in a people-first culture.Visit (ref:updazz.com)
