Job Description
Role Overview:- As a Sales Manager at Unicorn Global Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Mumbai region.- You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored solutions that address their challenges. 0 This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the B2B sales process and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
-The Sales Manager directly impacts the company s revenue targets and contributes to the overall success of Unicorn Global Solutions by expanding our client base and strengthening our market position.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the company s client base.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations to understand their needs and challenges.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients to showcase the value of Unicorn Global Solutions offerings.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness.- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and marketing communications strategies.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
