Job DescriptionAssociate - International Marketing Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-5 years Function: Marketing / International Business Support Role OverviewThe Associate - International Marketing will be based in the Mumbai office and will support the institutional sales and marketing efforts for the UK and US markets. This role is critical in ensuring that all international marketing collateral meets global institutional standards in terms of visual quality, clarity, and brand consistency. The role requires a strong visual and aesthetic sense, the ability to drive high-quality outcomes from designers, and excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with senior management, investment leaders, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Own the quality, structure, and visual standard of all international marketing collateral including presentation decks, factsheets, newsletters, emailers, and digital assets.
-Demonstrate a strong visual sensibility with a clear understanding of how professional, senior-management-ready and investor-grade decks should look and feel.
-Work closely with internal and external design teams, providing clear briefs, directions, and feedback to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
-Actively review, refine, and elevate creative work to meet global institutional benchmarks rather than only coordinating execution.
-Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and communications used by international teams.
-Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Design teams in Mumbai to implement improvements and updates to marketing materials.
-Work directly with the Chief Investment Strategist and senior leadership to conceptualize and produce marketing collateral for webinars, thought leadership pieces, videos, and market commentaries.
-Coordinate with sales and operations teams to manage email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including CRM data support and MIS analytics.
-Prepare and maintain sales and marketing dashboards covering email campaign performance, website traffic, webinar participation, and CRM insights.
-Assist in the design, development, and content management of the Company and Fund websites.
-Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related requests from international offices and coordinate with relevant Mumbai-based teams for execution. Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducational Qualification- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. Experience- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support, marketing operations, or marketing communications role.
-Prior experience in asset management, investment advisory, or financial services is preferred. Core Skills & Competencies- Strong visual and aesthetic sense with the ability to judge design quality and guide designers to deliver polished, professional-grade outputs.
-Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with a clear understanding of investor and senior leadership expectations.
-Proven ability to work effectively with designers and drive outcomes through clear communication and feedback.
-Exceptional interpersonal and people skills, with confidence to interact with top management, investment teams, and global stakeholders.
-Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations and influence outcomes.
-Good understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
-Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, presentation tools, and reporting dashboards.
-High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution capabilities.
