Job Description
Role: Junior Brand ManagerAgency 2017 was formed on the backbone of strategic and marketing excellence and value-creation for predominantly real estate and other sectoral players. The Founder is an MBA from the Indian School of Business, with ~ 8 years in advertising, pre-MBA (Creative) at some of India s top advertising agencies and ~7 years of Marketing, post MBA at the Lodha Group, India s No. 1 real estate player. For the last 5 years, we have been offering data-backed, strategy-rich, insight-driven Strategy and Marketing solutions for clients based in Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram and ancillary locations. The vision is to be a credible Strategy and Marketing organisation - with multi-modal operations. Towards this, market, consumer and product understanding will be critical and associated could expect rewarding, challenging and meaningful careers in a fast-paced organisation, with a steep learning curve.Department: Marketing/Brand Management Objective:i) Study clients products, TG, the micro-market, price trends & relevant data AND understand & recommend requirements. ii) Create Communications & Go-To-Market Strategies and AOP (Annual Operating Plans) for clients iii) Participate in the conceptualization and monitor execution of comprehensive communication (ATL, BTL, Digital) and activation plan. iv) Manage timely delivery of ALL necessary Brand & Marketing assets v) Digital Supervision - Oversee and coordinate digital marketing execution across platforms by liaising with agencies and vendors, ensuring timely arrangement of collaterals and align internal teams to delivery, brand consistency and performance. Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and on-ground channels to support brand visibility and lead generation. 2. Supervise and coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, emailers, SEO support and paid media, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. 3. Monitor performance of digital campaigns (Meta, Google, website analytics), prepare basic reports, and share insights for optimisation and improvement. 4. Support content development for digital platforms - social posts, website content, blogs, creatives and videos - ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity. 5. Coordinate with design, content and media partners to ensure quality control, accuracy and timely delivery of marketing assets. 6. Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and asset repositories for smooth cross-team coordination. 7. Support PR, ORM and reputation management initiatives, including coordination with agencies for listings, features and digital visibility. 8. Work closely with sales, CRM and channel partner teams to align marketing efforts with business and lead objectives. 9. Assist in brand management initiatives, including implementation of brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Activities: 1. Understanding client business, product USPs, TG/demographics, visit project locations and study competition. 2. Customer understanding through surveys market research flowback in strategy and communication. 3. Inventory selection packaging dates vertical sound off end to end media planning ACROSS Projects. DRIVE targets in sync with Sales, Loyalty/Referral verticals. 4. Supervise day-to-day digital marketing activities, ensuring campaigns, content and performance metrics are aligned with brand objectives and business goals 5. Developing a cogent calendar for sustenance AND activation sales. 6. Write business proposals to help close new business, attending client presentations and documenting client scope, thus making sure that the sales process has progressed effectively 7. Provide Sales, Channel, Media, Design/Architecture teams well-documented input, support thereby impacting decisions on Product, Pricing and Promotion 8. Ensure Marketing and business strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients. 9. Responsible for staying informed on activities that are being performed on their accounts and being the final sign off on ALL important documentation/deliverables before they go to a client. This includes: budget, project plan, strategy. 10. Prepare month-end overviews of client s current activities plus plans for future development of accounts.Performance Dimensions, KRAs & KPIs:I) Value Creation (create business value and follow through the results) 1) Conceptualization and execution of communication CALENDARS to enable Brand, Sales and verticals to drive business. a) Innovation Frequency Scale Output (No. of leads generated Impact of these exercises pegged through brand surveys) b) Breadth and depth.
