EzeeTask now partners with builders to deliver Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Real-Time Quality Audits for residential and commercial projects at possession and during construction.Role Overview:We are hiring a Business Development Manager who has strong existing relationships across procurement, projects, quality, CRM, and strategy teams within major builders in Delhi/NCR. The role requires opening doors, generating meetings, and driving builder partnerships for EzeeTask s PDI and QA offerings.Preferred Backgrounds:Candidates with experience in:- Plumbing & sanitary fittings (Jaquar, Kohler, Hindware, etc.)- Banks (Yes Bank/Kotak/HDFC/NBFCs)- with 3-5 years of experience in a real estate team- Paints & coatings (Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac)- Building materials (tiles, electricals, doors/windows, hardware)- Contractor/PMC firms (JLL, CBRE, Cushman, L&T, Shapoorji, Ahluwalia, BL Kashyap)- Multiple builder groups in vendor management or project sales rolesKey Responsibilities:- Leverage network to secure meetings with 10-20 targeted builders.- Map builder decision-makers and project timelines.- Pitch EzeeTask s PDI/QA services and coordinate operations-led demos.- Drive multi-team entry (Projects, Procurement, CX, Quality).- Track new launches, possession calendars, and revenue opportunities.- Maintain CRM hygiene and support deal closures with founders.
