They are committed to enhancing safety and convenience for residents by delivering technology-driven solutions.Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: Multiple Location Role Type: Individual ContributorEducation: Bachelor s degree in business or a related field. Experience: 1 years experienceRole Overview:This role is a front-line revenue generation position requiring a proactive, opportunity-driven sales professional. The incumbent will focus on expanding the client base through on-ground engagement, lead generation, and consultative selling. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal closure and post-sales relationship management.Roles & Responsibilities :- Conduct daily field visits to identify, engage, and onboard new clients.- Prospect and generate leads through on-ground activities and direct outreach.- Meet prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.- Present and demonstrate products/services, clearly communicating value propositions.- Drive negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Schedule and lead client meetings, product demos, and presentations.- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, revenue, and invoices.- Coordinate post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- 1 years of experience in field sales or business development roles.- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to consistently generate new business.- Proven consultative selling skills, including needs analysis and solution positioning.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.- High self-motivation and comfort working in a target-driven, field-based environment.- Experience contributing to or executing business development strategies.- Willingness to support business requirements, including weekend availability when needed.
